this week

Ok so Monday I did P90X Core Synergestics and WHEWWWWWWWWWW, still hard, lol.  Yesterday I didn’t work out per say but hubby and I did yard work and I cut the grass and each time I do that I tend to lose 2 lbs just doing that, and then today I just got finished doing 2 1/4 miles on the elliptical machine which was a bit harder than I remember it being and my legs wanted to stop but I pushed my way through it and I’m glad I did, I feel so much better now!

Starting again

Ok so I fell off the wagon last week, ughhhhhh.  I have to start and keep on track this time.  I was extremely depressed last week because my children were leaving on Friday to go to their dad’s house and won’t come back until August 1st, for their summer visitation.  Most people say wow you get a break, but it’s anything but, its a lot more stressful for me when they aren’t home and I don’t get to see them everyday.  Now, I’m going to try to work-out daily, maybe even try to do either the elliptical or go biking on top of the daily P90X, hopefully I’ll be able to keep up!  Maybe working out daily, school and work will help this month pass quickly and before I know it they will be home.  It is an extremely hard time for me when they aren’t home, and my husband tries to do his best with keeping me in high spirits, but it really does depress me when I can’t see them. 

P90X!!!

Ok, so I did day 1 on the Lean cycle……let me just say, WHEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!  While I couldn’t do all the reps on some of the exercises, I did keep up pretty well I think.  Talk about a work out too!!!!  WOW!  I  do well once I get started, but the hard part is the getting started part.  I am so motivated in my mind to do it and get this weight thing under control, but my body is not as motivated as my mind, so I have trouble getting started, but once I make myself start its okay for that hour of working out.  Maybe I’ll be able to find some way to psych myself out so it won’t be as hard to get up and start the work out.  Man I’m already starting to feel a bit sore in the tummy area and I just finished the work out about 30 minutes ago and I stretched afterwards!!! WHEW!!!!!!!!!
